Aeraki Villas - Santa Maria

Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Beach, Aeraki Villas features self-catering accommodation in traditional style and straight views of the Aegean Sea. BBQ facilities are provided.

Guests can choose among studios, apartments and villas,decorated in white tones and fitted with built-in beds and sofas. Each includes a kitchen or kitchenette with dining table, and a flat-screen TV. Free toiletries and a marble basin are available in the bathroom.

Aeraki is a 5-minute drive from the scenic village of Naoussa with several seaside restaurants and bars. The port of Parikia is located at a distance of 14 km and Paros Airport is 26 km away.

This year, the owner has installed a prefabricated pool for personal use (Permit No. 1363312) with a water depth of 1.15 meters. Please note:

The pool is not monitored or supervised at any time.

Until final approval is granted by the Greek National Tourism Organization, the use of this pool by our guests is strictly prohibited.

Regardless of approval status, we emphasize the following:

a) Use is entirely at your own risk, including for children or individuals under 18 years of age.
b) Playing in or around the pool is not allowed.
c) The pool should be considered a decorative water feature. We assume no responsibility for its use.
d) The pool and surrounding area are not in operation during quiet hours, which are from 7:30 PM to 10:30 AM.

In one of the Superior Sea View Villas, a small prefabricated private swimming pool has also been installed, measuring 7m x 3m with a depth of 1.15 meters.

This pool is for the exclusive use of the villa’s tenants and their families.

Use is the sole responsibility of the tenant, especially regarding children or minors.

Playing and diving are strictly prohibited, both for safety and to ensure the proper functioning of the facility.

The pool is intended primarily as a private relaxation feature.

Operating hours are strictly from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.
